Step One: Learn how to play Go.
1. Work through this tutorial. Read the information, don't just "guess 'n' click." If you have questions about any of the problems, ask Mr. Eisman. Here are several links to the same page. If one doesn't work, try another.
http://playgo.to/iwtg/en/ (works on teacher computers but doesn't work for students- even though it's not blocked)
http://playgo.to/iwtg/en/TOC.html (blocked on student accounts but works on teacher's)
http://playgo.to/interactive/index-java.html (blocked on student accounts)
http://homepages.gac.edu/~wolfe/fts/2005F/interactive/English/ (unsupportd java)
2. Watch the following videos. As a beginner, you should only watch parts one and two. Part three won't be valuable to you until you've played a lot of games. It won't hurt to watch them over again later.
